Eric Henson is an American comic book artist born in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany who is primarily known for his portrait work and comic cover illustrations. He also appeared in the movie "Comic Con Episode 4: A Fan's Hope" (as himself) drawing for creators across the San Diego Comic Con, eventually landing him several jobs penciling comics/covers at Arch Enemy Entertainment, Ape Entertainment and Image Comics. Eric also serves on Active Duty in the United States Air Force.Henson pursued a career in illustration early-on and was a student of the Fine-Arts/Education at the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to graduating, he joined the United States Air Force and graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with a Human Resources degree. It was long before this, however, that he developed an interest in artwork and comic illustration.Henson was first noticed by artists Frank Neal, Perrymon Wright, and Charles Carraway after he auditioned at the Power Academic and Performing Arts Complex in Jackson, Mississippi.
